air bag reset

2008 Hyundai Sonata GLS 2.4

Device : MD802 ALL Systems

Code:
B1670 ACTIVE
Crash recorded in full stage(Frontal-Replace SRSCM)

when I try to reset, device says:

Rejected by ECU

any idea why it can not reset the module? car was in accident, air bag deployed, reaplced pretty much everything.

Hi

If the Crash Data was recorded in the Airbag ECU than the fault codes can't be cleared..............you have to find a tool which can clear the crash data.............I don't think Maxisys is capable to clear the crash data on this make and model for now.............Or, the other option is to replace the ECU

also if u can advice me oxygen sensor tester tool

The cheapest option tool for testing the Lambda Sensor is a Good Multi Meter..............

Watch those attached you tube clips and get some ideas...............as there are few different types of sensors different way to test them...........

try carprog, just to mention one but there are many tools for this task out there.
